Some Light on the Horizion
There may be a possible job! Not in a church, unfortunately, but as a chaplain in a nursing home. Not exactly what I had though, but there are other ways to serve God's people. And, needless to say, the elderly are God's people!
My take is that this job may actually be a good blend of your past work and training and your service as a pastor. If you are missing other aspects of parish ministry (such as working with youth or young adults) perhaps you could be innovative in working with the congregations in the community to develop lay ministries by younger folks to the folks in the care facility. some of them hunger to be around younger folks.
Regardless, it is a positive light and opportunity for you and we all wish you well!!
you have been in my continual prayers of God to open a window for you. Being subtle and not to interested in 'happiness' I suspect He'll come up with something important, like where you really should be. Or so I pray for.

Service to God - starts anywhere!
At least there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

This might lead to other possibilities, but presently you would be providing a great service to these people who would be most appreciative.
